This web page will explain to you what problem(s) exist with headers that cause E-mails to fail the BADHEADERS or SPAMHEADERS tests in Declude JunkMail. Just enter the code that Declude JunkMail produces (such as 80000202). You can find this either in the X-RBL-Warning: header (if you use the WARN action), or in the Declude JunkMail log file.
